Switching To A Smarter World

Why is drinking hydrogen-rich water recommended?

Because hydrogen is a very powerful antioxidant that helps to neutralise free radicals and reduce oxidative stress, which is a cause of most of illnesses and premature ageing. As well as hydrogen, which is the smallest element in the universe, it penetrates parts of the body where other antioxidants cannot reach.

How much hydrogen water should I drink a day?

The recommended daily water intake is between one and three litres. We recommend that you drink only hydrogen water, although anything more than one glass a day will be highly beneficial for regulating your oxidation level.

Why do we need to take antioxidants?

Every time we breathe in, 2% of the oxygen that enters our bodies turns into bad oxygen (free radicals) that oxidises us. This bad oxygen can be converted into good oxygen if we give it an antioxidant electric charge. If it does not get this charge from antioxidants, it robs our cells, making them sick or killing them, a process known as oxidation. An industrialised lifestyle tends to raise oxidation levels due to poor diet, pollution, stress, etc. As we get older we also need more antioxidants, because our bodies generate fewer antioxidant enzymes.

Why does hydrogen-rich water give us more energy?

When our level of oxidation is high, the body refuses to convert food into energy, because this further increases the oxidation. The antioxidant charge of hydrogen water helps to adjust the level of oxidation in the body, which enables food to be converted into energy, instead of being stored as fat.

What is the pH of hydrogen water?

It is 7 or 7.5, which is very similar to that of blood. Hydrogen increases the pH of water by half a point. Hydrogen has a close relationship with pH, which stands for “Potential of Hydrogen”. It is important to drink pH neutral water so as not to interfere with the correct functioning of the body. Hydrogen water, although it is not alkaline, is very ALKALISING, because it combats acidity in our body to address the main cause of this situation, which is oxidation.

Air Purifier

Do all air purifiers clean the same type of pollutants from the air?

People use air purifiers for a wide range of reasons, from basic air cleaning to high volume allergen removal for allergy- and asthma-sufferers. There are air purifiers that remove smoke, pet dander, pollen, and even chemicals. For the most thorough particle filtration results, look for air purifiers with true HEPA filters. If you want to address odors and chemicals, look for models with carbon filters. To combat airborne germs, newer models are now being equipped with internal ultraviolet lights, in addition to traditional filters. We serve with True HEPA filters.

What are the different types of filters?

To assist with cleaning your air, air purifiers use air filters. There are three main types of air filters:

HEPA Filters: High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters remove 99.97% of particles that are 0.3 microns and larger from the air. This makes HEPA filters ideal for removing small pet dander particles, dust mite residue, and pollen from your air. HyperHEPA units, such as the IQAir HealthPro Compact, are certified to work even more effectively than traditional HEPA air purifiers.

Carbon Filters: Using activated carbon, these filters remove odors and chemicals from your indoor air. These odors and chemicals include cigarette smoke, fireplace fumes, formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds (paint fumes, carpet glues, new building materials, etc.), pet odors, and kitchen odors.

Pre-Filters: These filters are a great benefit because they help extend the time between filter cleanings or changes as well as maintain the air purifier’s functionality and efficiency. Pre-filters do this by trapping large particles before they reach the main filters of the air purifier.

When should the replacement of filters take place

Why do we need to take antioxidants?

The first filter : The surface is dirty and fades in color . The tiny hole of the cold catalyst is blocked by dust or the color of the active carbon has obviously changed . Life time : 8 to 14 months .

The second filter : The white HEPA changes to yellow , blackor mildew. Life time : 8-14 months

This can be varied case by case as this depends on many factors like air quality , etc .

How long should I run my air purifier?

For best results, it is recommended to continuously run your air purifier. To help with noise and electricity costs, most air purifiers come with multiple cleaning speeds. For example, to maintain your indoor air quality while you are away from home, your air purifier can be on a lower setting than when you are home. This saves energy and cuts costs while still maintaining a clean environment.

Why can’t I tune in any channels?

Make sure that they are connected to an external/Outdoor antenna. If they are using rabbit ears antenna, it may not be good enough for reception
Make sure that the TV antenna socket is connected to the wall antenna outlet
Once step 1 and step 2 have been checked, ask the customer to do a scan of off the channels. If they receive channels, problem solved. If not, continue to step 4
Try another antenna cable, it may be broken.
Go outside and check the position of the TV antenna. Compare it to the neighbour’s antenna; it should be pointing in the same direction. It must point to the transmission tower. If it is pointing in the wrong direction, they may need to call an antenna installer to correct. If it is correct, continue to step 6
If the home has multiple antenna points, try the TV at another point. If the TV works at another point, then the problem may be only at the original point, and the customer will need to call an antenna installer to correct.
Finally, check if there are any power supplies or adaptors near the TV. Turn them off, and see if one may cause the TV not to tune.
If all of the above have been checked, and the customer still can’t tune channels, they will need to arrange a service call on the TV

Why do I have no picture through my HDMI input?

Check the HDMI input number on the back of the TV (where the cable is connected), and make sure that it corresponds the selected input on the TV
If the customer has another HDMI cable, ask that they try another cable
Make sure that the device is powered on, and correct settings are used
If all of the above fail, call may be required.

Why do I have no sound?

Check your volume control, and make sure nothing is plugged into the earphone socket
If you are using Foxtel, make sure the volume control is turned up on the Foxtel remote
If you are connected using AV or component video, make sure the audio cables (L and R) are connected and not broken
If after all these checks, you still have no sound, contact us.
